Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after cutoff time will be shipped the next working day.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and size.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched. Tracking details may update 24–48 hours later on the carrier’s system.

Customs Charges

Import duties, VAT and local customs fees for international shipments are borne solely by the buyer. Our store is not responsible for these charges. Refusal to pay duties will result in return shipping costs deducted from refunds.

Delivery Issues

Delays caused by customs checks, weather, carrier issues or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. We will help track packages actively.
Verified lost parcels: free reshipment or full refund.
Damaged items upon arrival: contact us with unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours for replacement or refund.

Address Change & Cancellation

Address revisions and order cancellation are allowed free of charge only before shipment. No changes can be made once the package is dispatched.

Returns

Buyers cover return shipping fees for voluntary returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We cover return costs only for defective items or wrong shipments sent by our mistake.
